MCO is a global company on a mission to help Financial Services firms manage their compliance programs easily and effectively to meet societal obligations for a fair, transparent, and trusted financial environment worldwide.MCO's unique, single platform consolidates compliance monitoring and data into one unified view, critical for ensuring compliance across internal systems, structures, and processes.Headquartered in Dublin with offices in London, Singapore, Hyderabad, New York, Chicago, Fort Worth, Switzerland, South Africa, Slovenia, and the UAE, MCO was established in **** as a product firm initially promoting "best of breed" solutions in employee compliance.In recent years, MCO has accelerated its product offerings toward an integrated platform vision through increased investment in internal product development and strategic acquisitions of Pythagoras, Fairwords, Schwab Compliance Technologies, and Governor Software.These acquisitions have significantly enhanced MCO's capabilities in regulatory, governance, third-party, and communications compliance.Today, supported by a team of over 400 employees across the Americas, EU, and Asia, MCO serves over 1.5 million customers in 128 countries.Its customer base includes SMBs to large enterprises, such as four of the world's top ten asset managers, twenty of the top seventy-five banks globally, and three of the top five investment banks for M&A transactions.MCO is ambitious, motivated, and confident to scale new heights with its comprehensive suite of integrated products.OverviewWith teams distributed across multiple regions, we foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.As we expand, we seek an HR & L&D Manager to strengthen our people strategy and cultivate a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.This is a dynamic, global opportunity requiring operational and strategic HR expertise.The role reports to the Chief People Officer.Key ResponsibilitiesHR ManagerOversee core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing for MCO's European and US offices.Support talent acquisition efforts in Europe and the US as needed.Ensure compliance with employment laws and global HR best practices.Partner with HR team to administer Compensation and Benefits programs.Drive employee engagement and support culture initiatives across global offices.Assist in talent assessment and integration plans for future acquisitions.Learning & DevelopmentDevelop and implement global L&D strategies aligned with business needs.Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development priorities.Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development, technical upskilling, and soft skills programs.Manage learning platforms (e.g., LMS) and collaborate with external providers.Promote a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and career development.Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics.Utilize HR analytics to inform decisions and measure program effectiveness.Support change management and organizational development, especially related to acquisitions.Experience & SkillsMaster's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in the software industry.Proven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.Experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs.Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.Ability to manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Experience with e-learning tools such as Articulate, Adobe Captivate, and Storyline.Comfort with data analysis, dashboards, and HR analytics.Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulatory requirements in Europe and the US is highly desirable.Discretion and confidentiality are essential.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.#J-*****-Ljbffr
