Global Payroll Specialist - 11-Month Contract
Dublin West | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home)
Up to €58,000
We're looking for a payroll professional with multinational experience to join a global payroll team on an 11-month contract.
This role is all about accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across multiple EMEA payrolls.
Responsibilities
Run monthly & ad-hoc payrolls across several EMEA countries.
Manage payments, reconciliations & statutory reporting.
Support employees with payroll queries (via ServiceNow).
Prepare payroll documentation for audits & SOX compliance.
Drive process improvements & support system projects.
Qualifications
3+ years\' multi-country payroll experience in a multinational.
Strong compliance knowledge & Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, data analysis).
Detail-focused, confidential & collaborative approach.
Experience with Workday, UKG/IIPay, or ServiceNow a plus.
Knowledge of equity payroll (ESPP, RSUs, stock options) or extra languages an advantage.
