Junior Mechanical (HVAC) Engineer | Dublin
About the company:
Our client is a reputable Mechanical and Building Contractor, expanding throughout Ireland and Europe with a focus on commercial, industrial, data centre, healthcare, educational and technology sectors.
The company is a multi-disciplined engineering contractor delivering diverse high-end projects globally.
Responsibilities
Manage key accounts, build relationships, provide technical support, and issue quotations/tenders.
Handle service calls, prioritise and coordinate engineers, track reports, and ensure accurate invoicing.
Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance visits, ensure completion, and follow up with quotes, reports, and invoices.
Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, supplier invoices, and monitor supplier performance.
Prepare documentation, issue reports, and support departmental management and staff.
Qualifications
Degree in Building Services
Minimum 2 years' experience in the HVAC industry
Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC services
Strong communication skills
Industry knowledge with technical and customer-facing ability
