Workshop Service ManagerN7 Commercial Centre, Naas, Co.Kildare.Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.About the RoleN7 Commercial Centre in Naas is seeking an experienced Workshop Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy mechanical body workshop.The successful candidate will lead a skilled team of 7, ensuring high performance, customer satisfaction, and alignment with company goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the efficient daily operations of the workshop.Oversee workflow, work in progress, and ensure targets are achieved.Collaborate with senior management and Sales & Aftersales teams to meet company objectives.Monitor and report on technician productivity and efficiency.Provide technical support and cost estimates to customers, ensuring a high standard of service.Keep staff up to date on technical and product knowledge.Support implementation and management of the workshop training plan.Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards.RequirementsMinimum 2 years' experience managing a busy service department.Strong background in mechanical services and/or workshop control.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong focus on customer care and retention.Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.Computer literate with excellent organisational skills.Highly motivated, results-oriented, and committed to high standards.What We OfferCompetitive salary of €65k per annum and generous benefits package.Secure, permanent position in a growing company.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and growth.BenefitsCompany pensionBike to Work schemeOn-site parkingLocationOn-site at our Naas premises – N7 Commercial Centre.Apply NowIf you believe you have the skills and experience to contribute significantly to our team, please forward your CV to apply.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €65,****** per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
