Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking compassionate and motivated Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service supporting young people in Sligo.
We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to young people, promoting independence and person-centered planning, while contributing to the service's day-to-day operations.
A successful candidate will have:
A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant fieldA clear understanding of person-centered care and key workingWorking knowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresWorking knowledge of Children's First guidelines and proceduresA full, clean manual driving licenseSuccessful candidates will have opportunities for professional growth and will be part of an energetic, dedicated team that provides an emotionally and psychologically safe environment where young people are cared for, and their quality of life is maximized.
