Stationery Supervisor Role Overview: As Store Supervisor you will be reporting directly to the Store Management Team. The Store Supervisor over stationery is responsible for assisting in the day to day running of this department in our store located in Blanchardstown. This is a full-time position and shift hours will be determined as the needs of the business dictate based on a 5 over 7 roster. Role Synopsis: As a Stationery Supervisor your primary responsibilities will be to this department as well as motivating and leading the team in contributing to the overall achievement of the stores KPIs. You will be tasked with building on team motivation and development in order to achieve store objectives. The successful candidate will lead by example and deputise in Store Management absence as required. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, coupled with the ability to display strong leadership and team development skills. The individual will need to have excellent knowledge of our stationery department, sales, operations and have a track record of promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation and personal service.
