What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end project management activities across planning, execution, monitoring, and closure phases.
Define and publish quarterly project charters and weekly execution timelines, ensuring alignment with scope, quality standards, and budgets.
Independently drive the delivery of high-visibility technical and cross-functional projects within the ORBCOMM ecosystem.
Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans, identifying critical paths, risks, and dependencies.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Monitor and report project progress to leadership, providing clear communication on status, risks, and required decisions.
Lead technical and operational launches, ensuring readiness and cross-team alignment.
Promote best practices in project governance, agile delivery, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to clearly define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related inquiries and escalations.
Who You Are
You're a strategic thinker with a knack for operational excellence, ready to tackle multiple priorities with agility and grace.
If you have:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Jira (mandatory).
7+ years of project management experience and 12+ years overall professional experience, with a proven track record of independently leading technical and cross-functional projects.
Experience managing multiple large-scale programs with complex interdependencies.
Strong proficiency in project planning tools, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining focus on delivery and execution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, Agile).
Experience with PI Planning in product development.
9+ years of experience in project or program management, technical delivery, or product development.
Hands-on experience with IoT projects or platform-based ecosystems.
Demonstrated success in change management and establishing PM best practices within engineering-driven organizations.
Data-driven decision-making skills with a mindset focused on continuous learning and process improvement.
Ability to maintain clarity and composure in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
Passionate about delivering innovation, customer value, and cross-team collaboration.
