Experienced Dental Nurse/ Receptionist

Job description:Do you want to be part of a friendly and dynamic dental team?Cube Dental are expanding and have an exciting opportunity for a full-time dental nurse/receptionist to join their team in their new clinic in Castlebar.If you enjoy working as part of a team that has patient care as your focus, this could be the right opportunity for you.Dental Nurse/ Receptionist Responsibilities:Preparing and maintaining the dental equipment, instruments and materials within a dental surgery.Carrying out infection control and decontamination procedures.Recording dental charting.Provide chair-side support to dentists throughout a range of dental procedures.Provide support and reassurance to patients.To ensure that surgical areas and equipment are regularly cleaned and maintained, paying all due attention to relevant legal and ethical codes, in addition to the practice policy in respect of cross infection and health and safety.To keep accurate records and ensure the recording methods are used in line with agreed practice policy and current medical guidelines.Ensure that adequate stock levels are maintained for the smooth running of the practice.Liase with reception team to ensure smooth patient communication and transfer of records.Provide reception and administration support.What we're looking for:Highly motivated and enthusiastic.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Friendly, reliable and team oriented.Personable with great patient focus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both patients and team members.Experience in a similar role is preferred but full training will be provided.Remuneration will be based on relevant qualification and experience.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
