Sales Manager - Fitzpatrick's Garage Kildare Fitzpatrick's Garage Group, celebrating over 70 years in business, operates a number of car dealerships covering Counties Kildare, Laois, Carlow and Offaly and holding franchises for Hyundai, Opel and Mercedes-Benz. Fitzpatrick's Kildarenow wish to recruit a dynamic and target driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and achieve our vision for 2030 and beyond. This is truly an exciting time to join the Fitzpatrick's team as we embark on a major expansion drive. The Role Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for achieving our sales performance targets, developing and empowering our sales teams, liaising directly with our franchise partners, delivering excellent customer service and driving profitability to new heights The Candidate The successful candidate will be in a senior sales position, with a proven track record in car sales, target achievement and sales team management. With the ability to lead by example the candidate will develop and motivate our sales team to achieve their true potential. The candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of new and used car markets with firsthand experience of retailing both new and used passenger and light commercial vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Fitzpatricks Garage Groups future growth and development.
