Inventory Technician

We are a highly experienced Global Sourcing Specialists in Industrial Supplies.We currently deal with numerous high profile multi nationals delivering a specialist service which requires an exceptional admin team in head office to support our experts on site.We have built strong relationships with not only our clients but also our suppliers and we work diligently at maintaining those relationships through communication.We are currently recruiting a full time Warehouse & Inventory Technician for one of our multinational sites based in Mallow.The function of the role is to support the current team in place, in all aspects of the business.Full training will be provided.Working Hours39 hours per week 8.30am – 5pm hours may be changed slightly to suit client needsRole/ResponsibilitiesReceiving goods inwardsIssuing out of parts in a timely fashionCompile list of parts for re-orderManage inventory levels and report as required.Liaise with purchasing on re-ordering & ad hoc partsOrganization of storesStock/Cycle CountingManage supply constraints , deviations & back orders.Liaise with client on deliveries to siteDeliver the day to day operations of the StoresDeliver the agreed metrics to support the benchmarking of siteCarry out customer/site specific requests in line with contractual agreementOther ad hoc dutiesCandidate ProfileOperating knowledge of Central Inventory function Systems, SAP, Oracle an advantage but not essentialFully Computer Literate with good attention to detail - knowledge of MS software packages (Excel, Word) would be an advantageExcellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills (both verbal and written)Fluency in English an essentialAdaptable and Flexible Approach with a can-do attitude and an ability and willingness to learnConfident in dealing with Clients and vendorsAbility to handle engineering queries from the engineersKnowledge of engineering parts an advantageJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €34,******-€36,****** per yearWork Location: In person
