Pfizer Grange Castle are delighted to be accepting applications for our 2026 Gradate Rotation Programme.
Applications are open to students who are studying related areas in Science, Biotech and / or Engineering disciplines.
Our Graduate program offers a 23-month rotational program at the Pfizer, Grange Castle site.
We are offering a training and development opportunity to committed students who are excited about a potential career in biopharma.
Emphasis is required for courses related to Science or Engineering or similar.
Closing date is 17 October 2025.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate should:
Be excited and motivated about challenges, innovation, and change.
Be willing to rotate departments and gain experience across 3 different functions of the business.
Passionate about your field of expertise.
Qualifications
A graduate from Engineering or Science disciplines (2024, 2025 or 2026).
Available to start in September 2026.
You are legally eligible to work in Ireland for the duration of the program.
Recruitment Process / Next Steps
Step 1 — Apply with CV completing application questions.
Step 2 — Online Aptitude Tests: After Step 1, you will be invited to complete online aptitude tests.
The invitation will be sent via email.
Step 3 — Group Exercise: Successful candidates will participate in a group exercise onsite on specified dates communicated to you.
Step 4 — Interview: If you are successful at Step 3, you will be invited to attend an onsite interview.
Step 5 — Pre-employment screening: Successful applicants will be contacted by our recruitment and onboarding teams with details of your offer and next steps, including pre-employment screening.

Additional Information
In order to be considered for this position in Ireland you need to be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
Please note there is no relocation support available for this position.
