We are seeking to hire an experienced full time Pastry Chef/Baker to join our position is for someone who can efficiently manage all areas of the kitchen. The role would suit somebody who is organised, driven, energetic, passionate about good food and highly motivated. Requirements At least 2 years' experience in a similar position. Willing to work within all the departments in the kitchen such entremets, viennoiserie, pastry, baking cake, confection of sandwiches and pizzas. Be legally entitled to work variable shifts on a full-time basis in Ireland. Have a passion for and genuine interest in food. Have a mature and pleasant manner for dealing with customers and team members. Be a team player. Be able to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.
