Job Title: Bar ManagerPosition: Full TimeSalary - DOE (negotiable)Company: Pins Gastrobar, located in The Twelve Hotel, Barna, Co.Galway.About Us: Pins Gastrobar is an award-winning venue within The Twelve Hotel, known for its innovative cocktail creations, vibrant atmosphere, and high-quality food and beverage service.We are dedicated to offering a memorable guest experience and are seeking a passionate Bar Supervisor to lead our bar team.Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards of beverage preparation, and leading the bar team in a fast-paced environment.You will be an ambassador of quality and service, ensuring that all guests enjoy their experience at Pins Gastrobar.Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all bar operations, including trainingEnsure that all bar staff adhere to service standards and proceduresCreate a welcoming and lively atmosphere for guestsMaintain inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of suppliesManage bar stockCollaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless serviceDevelop and maintain a high-quality drinks menu, including cocktails, wines, and beersTrain and mentor bar staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain product knowledgeHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional mannerUphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards throughout the bar areaRequirements:Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor or in a senior bar role is preferred essentialStrong leadership and communication skillsExcellent knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and service standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentAttention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional customer serviceFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredA positive attitude and ability to motivate and inspire a teamAn element of Food service is a requirement of the role.Benefits:Competitive salaryOpportunities for career growth and development within The Twelve HotelStaff discounts on dining and accommodationSupportive and energetic work environmentIf you're an experienced bar professional with a passion for leadership and a commitment to quality service, we'd love to hear from you Please submit your CV and cover letter detailing your experience and why you're the perfect fit for this role toJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €*****-€***** per hourWork Location: In person
