Wallace Myers International is partnering with a leading consultancy to recruit a
Electrical Engineer
for a permanent role based in Dublin.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with a
high-profile client
on major projects, playing a key role in delivering innovative and sustainable building services solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the electrical design of complex commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects.
Work closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Provide expertise in LV systems, lighting, ICT, power distribution, fire alarms, and integrated building systems.
Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, CIBSE guidelines, and international standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
Prepare reports, drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Experience
in electrical building services design within a consultancy setting.
Chartered Engineer status or working towards CEng preferred.
Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux/Relux, Amtech).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven client-facing experience.
Strong organisational and project management skills.
