Newly Qualified Accountant – Growing Aviation Business | ClareLe Meas Executive Search is thrilled to partner with a fast-growing leader in the aviation industry to appoint a talented Accountant to join their high-performing finance function.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global and expanding business offering excellent career progression, with broad technical exposure in this exciting industry sector.The RoleReporting directly to the VP Finance, you'll take a hands-on role in assisting with managing key accounting processes and supporting the commercial and strategic activities of the finance team.You will review client agreements, determine appropriate accounting treatment, and ensure financial accuracy across multiple entities.This role is ideal for a newly qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA) looking to transition from practice into industry, seeking to broaden their exposure in a dynamic aviation environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of the trial balance and general ledger integrityPreparation and posting of accounting journals and transactions in line with deadlinesPreparation of management accounts and key financial analysisEnd-to-end preparation of statutory financial statements, including audit coordination and liaison with auditors/advisorsCommercial review of client agreements and assessment of appropriate accounting treatmentAbout YouNQ Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA)Experience in practice or industry; aviation/aircraft leasing experience is an advantage, but not necessary as training will be providedStrong technical accounting skills with excellent attention to detailHighly organised and proactive, with a collaborative and professional approachExcellent communication and relationship management skillsWhat's on OfferA progressive, growth-focused environment with clear development opportunitiesExposure to complex, international financial operationsSupportive and collaborative finance team culture, with a strong work-life balanceCompetitive remuneration and benefits packageInterested?Apply directly through this advert or send your CV in confidence to to explore this exciting opportunity further.
