As a Healthcare Assistant, you'll support and assist our residents to live as independently as possible, helping them with daily activities while maintaining their dignity and respect.
You'll form strong, respectful relationships with our residents, ensuring they enjoy a fulfilling and meaningful life.
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality, person-centred care with dignity and respectOrganising and participating in social outings and in-house activitiesKeeping resident dining areas, living spaces, and bedrooms clean and comfortableAssisting the management team during internal and external audits/inspectionsFlexibly working day, night, and weekend shifts to provide the best careWhat We're Looking For: Previous experience in care of older people within a residential care home is essentialA strong understanding of health and safety proceduresA genuine passion for delivering outstanding careA patient, caring attitude with a positive outlook on life and a great sense of humourIf you're ready to be part of a team that truly makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you
