Our client is a well-established and growing Chartered Accountancy Practice based in Dundalk, Co.
Louth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with strong audit experience to join a supportive team within a firm that values its people and offers genuine career progression.
This role is ideal for an experienced Audit Senior looking to manage a portfolio of clients, contribute to team development, and gain exposure to a wide range of sectors in a firm known for its excellent reputation and collaborative culture.
The Role: Manage and lead audits for a diverse portfolio of SME and corporate clients.
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members.
Prepare statutory financial statements and assist with regulatory filings.
Oversee monthly and quarterly management accounts and reconciliations.
Review cash flow, oversee supplier payments, and conduct overhead analysis.
Liaise with clients to provide insights and recommendations on financial matters.
Support Finance Management on ad-hoc business and improvement projects.
Requirements: Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 1 years post-qualification experience.
Experience working in a practice environment is essential, particularly in audit.
Strong technical knowledge across audit, accounting, and compliance.
Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary of €55,000 €65,000, depending on experience.
