Staffline Recruitment is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a
Medical Devices Administrator
to join a well-established and market-leading medical supply and distribution company based in Dublin 12.
The successful candidate will have experience in medical administration, stock/inventory management, or logistics, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
This role requires a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and customer service to ensure the efficient and safe supply of medical devices to healthcare providers.
Role Purpose
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and compliant management of medical devices, supporting both regulatory requirements and operational efficiency, while also identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage orders, requisitions, and acknowledgements for medical devices
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of medical equipment and supplies
Maintain and update medical device records and databases (including pricing and regulatory documentation)
Monitor stock levels and ensure compliance with storage and traceability requirements
Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies or product issues in line with quality standards
Support regulatory and quality audits with accurate documentation and reporting
Conduct usage and stock analysis with regular reporting to management
Liaise with healthcare providers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative, logistics, or medical supply-related role
Excellent MS Office skills; experience with SAP or similar systems an advantage
Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
Knowledge of medical device regulations or healthcare logistics is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused, with a professional and supportive approach to healthcare partners
Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and suggest improvements
Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in managing workload
Benefits & Salary
This permanent position will offer a salary in the region of
€30,000 - €33,000
, depending on experience, along with benefits including health insurance, pension, and an annual bonus.
