Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing large quantities of food in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting.This role requires a passion for cooking, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain consistency and quality in every dish produced.Experience in pastry preferred.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare, cook, and present food in accordance with the company's recipes and standards.Work efficiently and manage time effectively in a high-output kitchen environment.Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen.Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stock control of ingredients.Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate production of meals.Monitor and maintain the quality and presentation of dishes before they are sent out.Help develop and test new recipes or modify existing ones, under the direction of senior chefs.Ensure that equipment is used correctly and maintained to ensure safety and optimal performance.Adhere to health and safety standards, including maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen.Assist with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.RequirementsProven experience as a Production Chef or in a similar culinary role in a large-scale kitchen.Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent food quality.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Culinary degree or relevant qualification (preferred but not essential).Skills and CompetenciesTime management and organizational skillsAdaptability and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to handle large volumes of food production efficientlyHigh standards of cleanliness and hygieneBenefitsCompetitive salary(List any benefits like health insurance, paid time off, meals, etc.)Opportunity for career advancement and professional developmentA dynamic and supportive work environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €***** per hourBenefits:On-site parkingExperience:Chef: 3 years (preferred)HACCP: 1 year (preferred)Language:English (preferred)Work Location: In personExpected start date: 29/08/2025
