Exciting opportunity for professionals and graduates looking to gain experience in the funds industry as an Oversight Associate.
You will be involved in the oversight of a number of client funds to ensure they are managed in line with legal, regulatory, and fiduciary requirements.
You will also generate regular and exception-based reports for each Fund Board to support their governance obligations at Carne Group.
Minimum Requirements
A recognised professional or third-level qualification relevant to the role.
Genuine interest in the funds industry.

Responsibilities
Maintain responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of multiple client funds, ensuring timely receipt and recording of fund reports and initiating appropriate actions.
Support the preparation and delivery of reports to relevant parties and fund regulators within deadlines.
Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients and fund delegates to ensure clear communication.
Work with Relationship Managers to produce quarterly reports for Fund Boards.
Adapt to new tasks and processes, ensuring they meet standards.
Support team development and training when required.
Provide feedback to the IT Development Team to enhance Carne's technology platform for regulatory reporting.
Required Competencies
