We are now seeking a
Project Management Lead
to join our Ireland team and play a pivotal role in growing our teams and managing and leading complex infrastructure projects including but not limited to transport, utilities and water.
As
Project Management Lead
, you will be the primary client interface for major infrastructure projects.
You will be responsible for leading the project lifecycle from feasibility through to delivery and handover.
Working with multidisciplinary teams, external consultants, contractors, and public stakeholders, you will ensure our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
You'll be based in our Dublin office, with travel to client sites as required.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, delivery, and close-out of large-scale infrastructure projects.
Act as the main client liaison – building trusted relationships with public and private sector clients
Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk registers across multiple projects
Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution
Lead multidisciplinary teams, including internal project managers and external consultants
Ensure projects comply with Irish construction and public procurement regulations
Oversee contract administration (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, or Public Works Contracts)
Produce and present high-quality reports and board-level updates
Mentor junior project managers and contribute to internal process improvement
Champion health & safety, sustainability, and innovation throughout project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
10+ years' project management experience in the Irish or UK infrastructure sector
Proven experience managing infrastructure projects such as roads, rail, bridges, water, utilities, or public realm
Excellent knowledge of Irish planning, procurement, and construction regulations
Contract administration experience (e.g., NEC, FIDIC, or Irish Public Works Contracts)
Strong commercial awareness, including cost and programme management
Experience leading client relationships and project delivery teams
Confident in chairing meetings and preparing/presenting executive-level reports
Chartered membership (e.g., MRICS, MCIOB, MIEI, or equivalent)
Experience working on public sector projects in Ireland
Familiarity with PM software such as Asta Powerproject, MS Project, or Primavera P6
Understanding of BIM and digital project delivery tools
