Project Manager, Channel Store Operations - Graduate Programme ****Cork, County Cork, Ireland Software and ServicesApple is a place where extraordinary people gather to do their best work.Together we build products and services people once couldn't have envisioned - and now can't imagine living without.Are you excited by the idea of making a real impact?Are you prepared to dream big?Then a career with Apple might be your dream job.This team manages operational support of Wallet and Payment products ensuring a quality execution and outstanding deployment at all points of interaction in our third party channels.As we grow, we need to maintain operational perfection and supervise program health, consistently and efficiently.We are seeking a Graduate Project Manager to support operational work streams across programs.This role will provide you with exposure to launching and sustaining Wallet and Payment products globally developing a passion for the customer experience.This is a full time role for 23 months starting between July - September ****.The deadline for applications is 12pm (GMT) on 15th October ****.Description- The successful candidate will be involved in the design, management and execution of key projects and initiatives.- We are looking for a high level of integrity and passion, even an obsession with customer experience.- Work cross functionally with internal partners to develop strong and long-lasting relationships- Support project activities Identify risks / bottleneck areas and take ownership to resolve; by initiating and implementing corrective action- Ability to maintain and develop relationships, cross functionally within the organisation Evaluating current business processes and see opportunities to improve- Strive to ensure each and every customer experience goes above and beyondMinimum QualificationsStrong interest in business operations.Leverage data / key performance indicators / financial reports to identify and articulate business needs that require creative problem solving.You must be a great communicator, someone who can naturally develop trust and build strong business relationships.Ability to deal with ambiguity and show curiosity for partner programs/channel management.Excellence and should be a habit.You should have a very low tolerance for errors.Passion and experience in crafting outstanding customer experience'sFlexible and have an open working style, with an ability to quickly establish trust and credibility.Understand project management methods and tools, including agile and waterfallPreferred Qualifications2:1 honours degree (Level 8) or other similar qualification.Students from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply - we are looking for people who want to learn, develop and be challenged, from any background.#J-*****-Ljbffr
