Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking Social Care Professionals to join a reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting.
The roles are based in Cavan.
We require Residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promote independence, and contribute to person-centred planning and daily operations.
Qualifications and Experience: A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a relevant fieldUnderstanding of person-centred care and keyworkingExperience with risk assessments and safeguarding of young peopleKnowledge of HIQA policies and proceduresKnowledge of Children's First guidelines and proceduresFull Clean Manual Driving LicenseSuccessful candidates will have opportunities for professional development and be part of a dedicated team providing a safe environment for young people's growth and healing.
