This position is based in the Shared Services Centre, Cherrywood Business Park, Loughlinstown, Co Dublin, and reports to the RTR Manager within the RTR team.
The successful candidate will work with outsourced partners supporting European markets, in a fast-paced environment that values collaboration, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Role and Responsibilities
Lead monthly general ledger close activities for US GAAP.
Review and prepare monthly reconciliations and journals to ensure high-quality US GAAP compliance.
Complete SOX controls in line with the control matrix.
Collaborate with outsourced business partners and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Support internal and external audits and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Contribute to FP&A activities for corporate functions, including annual planning and forecasting, and ensure robust financial governance.
Complete month-end close activities for the Corporate function, including variance analysis and commentary.
Perform other ad-hoc activities as required.
Qualifications
Accounting Qualification – ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA.
Post-qualified experience; preferred with Shared Services centre and multinational backgrounds; practice experience with global clients also considered.
Strong initiative in change management and process improvements.
Desirable: SAP or other major ERP systems; strong Excel skills; Power BI or data analytics skills.
Ability to work independently to translate financial data into clear, high-quality summaries and to challenge the status quo with a proactive attitude.
