We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist/Project Lead with a minimum of 5+ years experience in the Irish/UK Market to join our Dublin Studio.
We are an award winning practice with a culture of innovation fostered over 25 years in practice.
We see the value of investing in the training and equipment for our staff and we are keen to attract likeminded individuals with a desire to grow with us.
While primarily office-based at our studio in the heart of Dublin on Camden Street, the role allows for remote work flexibility after an initial bedding in period.
Our practice works in wide ranging sectors, primarily consisting of large scale projects in the residential, hotel, commercial and retail sectors.
We work exclusively in BIM and provide training for new staff.
An interest or experience of PassivHaus would also be a positive, however not essential.
Our current pipeline includes high density residential schemes at detailed design stage, this would be the type of project you would be coming into initially.
This is a project lead/client facing role, ability to lead a team is required and a good understanding of on site construction stages is essential.
Strong construction detailing knowledge is required in both appraising appropriate construction systems, detail development and mentoring junior staff.
