Senior Software DeveloperWe currently have an opening for a Senior Software Developer to join our fast-growing development team.As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for building and improving features of the One Touch Heath platform.Salary: DOEDuration: Full time, permanentLocation: Galway, IrelandDepartment: DevelopmentRESPONSIBILITIES:LAMP stack developmentMaintenance & support of SaaS platformsInternal management of SaaS related development projectsWebsite performance optimisation / reportingDocumentation / Release ManagementIntegration of existing platforms with other corporate applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.Utilize expertise in Laravel, React, Next.JS &Tailwind to architect and develop modern software solutions.Lead the migration of legacy codebase to a new framework, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to address issues and enhance overall system functionality.Work closely with other engineers to ensure seamless integration of new features and modules.Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance our software development processes.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be assigned to you by Management from time to time.RequirementsDegree in computer science, software engineering or a closely related field.4 – 8 years previous experience.Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a focus the Laravel frameworkSolid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Previous experience migrating legacy codebases to modern frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Familiarity with healthcare or related domains is a plus.Previous experience migrating legacy codebases to modern frameworks.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
