Team / Role Overview
This is a senior level position responsible for processing orders and transactions originating from trading desks and branch offices in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team.
The overall objective of this role is to facilitate the clearance, settlement and investigation of client securities and derivatives transactions.
What you will do
Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, ensuring robust test coverage aligned with business requirements.
Manage the full testing lifecycle, including test planning, estimation, project reporting, and traceability from requirements to execution.
Lead the development and coordinated execution of test cases for both front-end and back-end applications across diverse teams.
Facilitate and manage the defect resolution process, including identifying, reporting, and escalating issues.
Define end-to-end business scenarios and data requirements, particularly for End to End (E2E) Testing.
Drive continuous improvement in testing procedures, demonstrating strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
What we will need from you
5-8 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of business, product, operations, and technology teams.
Proven analytical and decision-making capabilities, coupled with the ability to influence cross-functional groups.
Demonstrated experience in developing and documenting test project procedures and implementing process improvements.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access Databases).
Familiarity with Agile Methodologies, Confluence, JIRA, and Zephyr test management tools; understanding of Securities Operations Offerings is a plus.
