Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer facing role requiring good communication skills & excellent attention to detailLoad & Unload deliveries using forklift & telehandlerOrganise Material Storage & Responsible for upkeep of yardMonitor Stock levels of materials & consumablesDealing with customers, taking orders and ensuring orders are completed correctly and on timePrepare materials for site dispatch including steel components, fixings and claddingAssist with Annual Audit & ensure compliance with EN**** system, work as part of a team to guarantee that quality standards are maintained & recordedSchedule & Organise maintenance for workshop machinery & toolsSupport the fabrication team as requiredWork on own initiative & take lead where appropriateWork closely with directors & admin staff as requiredQualificationsManual HandlingAbrasive WheelForkliftSideloader(Willing to Obtain)Experience in similar role/structural steel fabrication is requiredSheet Metal Work Knowledge/Experience is desirableExperience in Stock Control would be an advantageKnowledge of Spray painting would be beneficialFull Training will be providedSalary DOEMonday - Thursday 7.30am to 5.00pmFriday 7.30am to 4.30pmJob Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 42 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
