About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team at Maldron Merrion Road.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Manage daily Income Audit and prepare bank reconciliations
Support payroll processing and liaise with HR
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies
Liaise with external auditors and support audit preparation
Provide financial support to operational departments
What We're Looking For
Minimum 2 years in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or retail
An understanding of hotel operations and financial processes
Experience in accounting software
Strong Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Effective communicator and team player
