HR Generalist

I am working closely with my client to recruit an experienced HR Generalist to join their team This is a permanent job. Full time onsite Mon-Fri You will provide full cycle recruitment support, employee onboarding, inductions and participate in grievances/disciplinaries & investigations Your new job Key duties & responsibilities Manage the full recruitment cycle, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding & inductions. Participate in employee grievances, disciplinaries & investigations. Manage & maintain employee records, absenteeism, compliance documentation and data. Oversee work visas & permits Handle employee inquiries i.e. HR policies/procedures Prepare reports and HR analytics/statistics. Assist in the recruitment process i.e. candidate screening/interviews What are we looking for? 2-3 years HR experience working in a similar role 3rd Level HR/CIPD qualification or working towards essential. MUST HAVE experience with employee disciplinaries & grievances essential Knowledge of Employment Law essential Experience using ERP/HR management systems Proficient with MS office i.e. Word, Excel & PowerPoint Ability to work in fast-paced environment within a team environment. Strong communication/people skills Strong planning and organisational skills with a high standard of accuracy.
