The Ellison Hotel are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our dynamic team.This role will suit an ambitious candidate who has experience particularly in Food & Beverage who is looking to take the next step in their management career.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervision of all departments, ensuring exceptional guest experience in all areas.Job SummaryEnsuring all staff carry out their duties and interact with all of our guests in a warm, friendly and courteous mannerHelping to drive a culture of exceeding guest needs in all guest interactionsAssisting with staff planning and rosteringResponsible for staff training and development that consistently delivers a positive customer experienceResponsible for the highest standards of Health and SafetyEnsuring prompt resolution of customer complaintsOther ad hoc duties as requiredRequired Education, Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role or in a supervisory role, with focus on Food & Beverage.Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skillsThe ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiativeThe ability to easily build rapport with guests and fellow team membersBenefitsDiscounted Overnight rate at Company Managed HotelsSubsidised LunchesFree on Site ParkingDue to the large volume of applications for this role, only successful candidates will be contacted.
