**Role and Responsibilities*** Lead technician ("hands on") leading the SBS team and reporting to the operations manager.
* Perform general preventative and corrective maintenance (predominantly on the building and the building fabric* Ensure work orders are completed in alignment with JLL KPI* Ensure all works meet site KPI's and standards of quality set forth in the client contract.
* Ensuring all facilities activities and requests are tracked and resolved in timely manner in line with the helpdesk SLA.
* Ensure all works meet site safety requirements and SPA/RAMS are up to date for works* Responsible for maintaining appropriate levels of spare parts on site.
* Conduct site inspections per current JLL/client expectations* Ensures compliance with JLL and client best practice, policies and procedures including Quality and EHS compliance.
* Develop a close working relationship with key Client stakeholders & partners and vendors* Involved in the JLL on site EHS program, including reviewing ATW's, RAMS, safety awareness, site safety walks etc.
* Constantly identifying and creating ways to improve efficiency across all facilities related services* Report to the Operations manager with solutions and/or recommendations on maintenance issues.
* Meet and exceed Client relationship and expectation levels* High quality service levels for the site* Complete all related SBS work orders PMs and CMs for the site**Skills*** 5 plus years previous facility experience within the maintenance/engineering/utilities/facilities environment.
* Previous supervision/foreman experience* Knowledge and experience of use of maintenance management tools and techniques.
* Strong MS Skills* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Good analytical skills and ability to think logically in order to problem solve.
Evaluate information from problem solving activities.
* Experience of working in a multi skilled team environment* Ability to work to tight timescales.
* Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills both written and verbal.
