Accommodation Supervisor

Objective of the RoleThe Accommodation Supervisor will assist with the management of the housekeeping function in our hotel, and ensure that our guests experience the highest quality of rooms standard.We are looking for people who are standards orientated, flexible and with a can do attitude to work with us, with excellent attention to detail and well as good communication skills, preferably with previous experienceKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesSupervise and Monitor Standard of work, ensuring the highest quality.Assist Management with day to day running of accommodation department and direct the team of Accommodation assistants / housekeeping staff.Monitor the cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel including the ground floor.You will also be required to liaise with the Maintenance department to ensure the hotel standards are consistently high.To ensure assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards in accordance with the correct proceduresTo ensure general cleanliness of all public areas in the hotel as requiredMeet and greet the guest with a smile assuring the assistance is being offering at all times.To ensure all departmental standards are adhered to at all times.Requirements:1 years experience within an Accommodation Department at supervisory level.Excellent organisational skills.Excellent communication skills.Flexibility to assist in other departments should the need arise.Weekend availabilityJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From €***** per hourBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsEmployee discountFood allowanceGym membershipOn-site parkingSick payStore discountWellness programAbility to commute/relocate:Ennis, CO.Clare: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Hospitality: 2 years (required)Work Location: In person
