Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with care. Assist in coordinating patient referrals and liaise with healthcare professionals as necessary. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from patients and providers. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and patient care coordination. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Medical Typist/medical secretary/legal secretary is preferred Typing speed of 50-60 words per minute with strong audio typing skills is essential Proficiency in medical terminology is advantageous.
