Your mission Join our dynamic team as a Merchandiser and be a vital part of our retail success story.We are committed to delivering exceptional products and experiences to our customers.If you have a passion for merchandising, a keen eye for detail, we want you to join our team.Position Overview: As a Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.Your responsibilities will include maintaining product displays, ensuring stock availability, and collaborating with store management to optimize the presentation of our products.Merchandiser for FMCG and retail brand - Galway Reporting to: Field Sales Manager Main purpose of role: Merchandise FMCG products for maximum visibility in store Full clean valid driving licence is required Key Tasks and Responsibilities Merchandise FMCG products for maximum visibility in store Auditing in the stores Stock rotation and stock orders daily (may involve some heavy lifting) Optimize the replenishment of stock on display units and sections Liaise with field supervisors, store managers, and sales representatives Prompt and accurate reporting on all store visits Compliance Defend share of space by ensuring key SKUs are available on counter/ Shelf/Display with the correct price displayed.Ensure maximum outlet awareness of all existing products and new product launches via POS, National and local activity.Your profile Your profile Person Specification Good communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation.Good organisational and planning skills Self-motivated with a flexible and pro-active approach Administration and organisational skills Previous retail, food service, and/or FMCG sales experience desirable but not essential What you will get: Company vehicle Fuel card Lunch Allowance If this sounds like you, contact us now for immediate consideration.INDHP To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.To start the process, click the Apply button below to Login/Register.
