Continuous Improvement Lead – Manufacturing Operations
Waters Corporation is hiring a practical, driven Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to help shape and execute our Lean transformation across Manufacturing Operations in Wexford.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving problems, coaching teams, and making real, measurable impact on the shop floor and beyond.
You'll work closely with site leadership and global peers to embed Lean principles, lead kaizen events, and drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.

What You'll Be Doing:
Partner with site leaders to plan and execute CI initiatives
Facilitate kaizen events and structured problem-solving sessions
Improve visual management and daily performance systems
Deliver training in Lean tools like 6S, Kanban, OEE, and Daily Management
Coach and mentor teams to build CI capability across the site
Analyze processes to identify waste and drive efficiency
Collaborate globally to share best practices and standardize approaches
What You Bring:
10+ years in manufacturing or industrial operations
Strong working knowledge of Lean tools and CI frameworks
Experience leading hands-on improvement projects with measurable results
Ability to engage and influence across all levels — from shop floor to leadership
Skilled in facilitation, coaching, and data-driven decision-making
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio
