Bakery Barista

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at our bakery in Dun Laoghaire.Experience in dealing with very high standards is key to this role.You will be required to help with some regular baking tasks so an interest in baking would be a bonus.Main roles include but are not limited to:- Making coffees and ensuring the coffee is served quickly and at the best quality, training will be provided for this.- Serving the queue to make sure people are waiting too long and making sure everyone is well looked after- Opening and Closing procedures, you will be required to either lock up or open up each shift.- Ensuring the coffee machine and area is cleaned and perfectly ready for the next morning before leaving.- Ensure the shelves are well stocked, being proactive on the slower periods to get these jobs ticked off is key.Dialling in the coffee machine and ensuring all equipments in started up properly and finished and cleaned properly each day.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €***** per hourExpected hours: ******* per weekBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountExperience:Speciality Coffee: 2 years (required)baking: 1 year (preferred)Work Location: In person
