Site Manager

Site Manager Site Manager required for a well-established Main Building Contractor to work on a large school project in Wicklow which is starting next month.
This role will ideally suit candidates who have worked on medium to large scale building projects in Ireland or the UK previously.
The successful Site Manager will report to a site based PM.
Requirements: Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or Trade background The successful Senior Site Manager will have at least 10 years experience working for main building contractors in Ireland or the UK.
Ideally have at least 5 years experience working as a SM / General Foreman on housing projects in Ireland or the UK Must be commercially aware.
Must be able to manage a large team.
Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.
