Our client has been based in Limerick for over thirty years.
They work on a variety of projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, education, healthcare, conservation, and residential projects.
The successful candidates will be involved in various projects at different stages, which may include site-based work.
Requirements:
A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology
10+ years post-graduation experience, working on projects from inception to site
Strong knowledge of Irish Building Regulations
Registration with professional bodies such as RIAI, CIAT, CIOB, etc., is beneficial
Experience in preparing statutory consent applications, detailed design, tender, and construction documentation
Excellent understanding of Irish planning, building regulations, building control, and health & safety legislation
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is desirable
Interest or expertise in design innovation areas like modular construction and prefabricated systems is desirable
Previous site experience is advantageous
Valid driver's license with access to a car is essential for site visits
