Job DescriptionElevate partners are currently working with a growing Irish debt advisory and corporate finance boutique who are currently looking to hire an Associate Director.
The ideal candidate should be entrepreneurial, well-networked in the Irish market, and capable of leading client engagements and delivering tailored funding solutions.
A selection of job responsibilities highlighted below.
Originate new mandates and develop strong client relationshipsAdvise on capital structures and funding optionsLead transaction execution from start to finishBuild financial models and prepare marketing/documentation materialsNegotiate with lenders and capital providersContribute to the firm's growth strategy and market presenceRequirementsACA or CFA qualified7-10 yrs in debt advisory, corporate finance, private credit, or bankingStrong origination track record and network in the Irish marketIn-depth knowledge of debt products (growth, M&A, working capital, refinancing)Excellent client management, communication, and analytical skillsProactive, commercially driven, and team orientedExperience with Irish SMEs and various lender typesBenefitsThere is a strong salary on offer and a bonus range of 30-50% based on company & individual performance.
This role also offers a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office and 2 at home.

Requirements· A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CFA · At least 10 years' experience in a debt advisory advisory role · Recent material track record of new client origination · Experience in building and retaining strong client relationships · The ability to develop solutions which deliver value for clients · Strong communication skills and ability to communicate complex issues to clients · Ambitious and self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a cohesive entrepreneurial team · Strong commitment to professionalism and client service excellence · Capital markets experience/knowledge advantageous
