Hours:
4–5 days per week, 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday/Friday).
Weekend work may be required from time to time.

About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated
Chef
to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values a great work-life balance while working in a high-standard kitchen environment.
What you'll be doing:
Receive and check stock deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to the highest Musgrave standards.
Maintain accurate food production and stock records.
Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure full food safety compliance at all times.
Work independently and manage kitchen operations during your shift.
Carry out KP (kitchen porter) duties, including cleaning and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
What we're looking for:
Proven ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Flexibility in shifts to cover holidays or illness.
