Are you an experienced Estimator with main contracting experience?
Do you want to work for a company that supports its people with further development, investment, and career progression?
This well-established, multi-disciplinary construction group has grown rapidly over the past 15+ years, reaching a turnover of circa 85m.
Their main contracting division specialises in social housing and housing association frameworks valued between €5m and €20m.
With a collaborative, close-knit culture that prioritises CPD, development, and progression.
Due to some ambitious growth plans, they're now looking to appoint a Chief Estimator to join the team.
In this role, you'll produce accurate estimates for projects valued between €5m-€20m, working closely with the General Manager, Quantity Surveyors, and project teams.
You'll support the growth of the estimating function while managing multiple projects in a hybrid working model, with a regular presence at the head office in Dublin.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Senior or Chief Estimator within a main contracting environment.
You'll be ambitious, driven, and eager to progress your career within a growing business.
For the right person, relocation support to Dublin, Republic of Ireland is available.
