Overview
Our client is undertaking a significant digital transformation project, transitioning from multiple disconnected systems to a unified enterprise platform. This initiative will enhance efficiency, flexibility, and overall service delivery for both the organisation and its stakeholders.
They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of this initiative. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless coordination, effective communication, and timely progress tracking. Your contribution will be essential in keeping the project on schedule and ensuring its success.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate project team meetings.
- Track project tasks proactively and follow up with task owners to ensure key deliverables are met.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and key project materials.
- Provide regular updates and communications to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
- Act as a central point of contact for project team members.
- Carry out general project administration tasks as required.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Minimum of three years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint).
- Excellent attention to detail and a task-oriented approach.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving ability with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Project management qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
