Join to apply for theField Service Engineer – Air Treatment / Dehumidification Systemsrole atMuntersAbout Munters, a Swedish company founded in ****, is a global leader in climate control solutions.We provide innovative technologies that create the optimal climate for industrial and agricultural applications where controlling humidity, temperature, and air quality is essential.Our advanced systems support customers across a wide range of sectors—from batteries and pharmaceuticals to data center cooling and food production.With our efficient products and solutions, we help ensure continuity and quality in our customers' operations while minimizing energy and water usage.The RoleWe are looking for aService Engineer, with a preference for candidatesliving in or near the Athlone – Lucan – Portlaoise triangle.This role is ideal for ahighly independent and self-motivatedengineer, as you will be part of asmall, dynamic teamproviding service, maintenance, and technical support for Munters' climate control systems.As a Service Engineer, you will ensure that our customers' equipment operates reliably and efficiently, performing installations, servicing, commissioning, and refurbishments while maintaining Munters' high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism.Key Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality servicing and maintenance for Munters equipment.Identify and replace faulty components to restore or improve system performance.Conduct airflow measurements and performance assessments according to company standards.Undertake system upgrades and refurbishments on-site or in our Return to Works facility.Produce clear technical service reports and Health & Safety documentation.Proactively identify servicing opportunities with new and existing customers.Work independently while collaborating with internal teams (Engineering, Service Support, Sales, Field Operations).Contribute to Munters' reputation as the preferred climate control provider.Your ProfileWe Are Looking For Someone WhoLives in or near the Athlone – Lucan – Portlaoise triangle (preferred).Has a minimum of 3 years field servicing experience on industrial or engineered equipment.Has experience with HVAC systems, air handling, and industrial equipment maintenance.Is confident in fault diagnosis, technical reporting, and customer communication.Is highly independent, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a small team environment.Holds HNC/HND or a higher qualification in a relevant engineering discipline.Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.Fluent in English (written and spoken).Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum 3 years of field servicing experience of technical or industrial equipment.Knowledge of HVAC systems and air handling techniques.Proficient in computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.).Experienced in producing technical reports and communicating effectively with customers.Knowledge of Health & Safety standards in industrial environments.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.Company car, commission scheme, life insurance, income protection, private medical coverage, and pension scheme.25 days holiday + bank holidays, overtime pay, and expense allowances.Opportunity to work in an international, innovative, and collaborative environment.A role that offers autonomy, responsibility, and personal growth within a small, supportive team.Continuous professional development and training opportunities.Ready to join Munters?Looking for an exciting role as a self-motivated engineer in a small, dynamic team?We'd love to hear from youFor More Information Or Questions, Please ContactYannick Voet, Talent Acquisition Specialist??+32 (4)We look forward to hearing from you#J-*****-Ljbffr
