We are looking for an experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) to join our clients growing team in Dublin.
This is a fully on site position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining, optimising and architecting database infrastructure, including working with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure SQL.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain, support and optimise database systems to ensure high performance and availability
Design and implement scalable and robust database architectures
Manage cloud-based database platforms, including Microsoft Azure SQL or similar
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues
Develop and maintain database backup, recovery and security strategies
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams on database-related initiatives.
