An exciting opportunity is now available and applications are invited for the position ofSite Operations Manager at the multi award winning Monread Fare forecourt services facility, one of the leading fuel, convenience and fast & fresh food locations in Kildare.This senior leadership role within Lidon group entails overall responsibility for operation of the site.The ideal candidate will have substantial store management experience in a busy retail and food environment and possess a highly driven, people and goal oriented mindset.They must be able to demonstrate prior excellence in people and organisation management and have the ability to deliver on KPIs while maintaining the highest customer service standards through a motivated and productive team.The position will suit someone with a proven retail management record looking for a new challenge in a multifaceted, fast paced 24x7 environment.The role is supported by a number of off-site group functions including finance, HR, maintenance, marketing and fresh food expertise.Our ideal candidate will embody the following skills and attributes:Minimum of five years senior management experienceExcellent people management and communications skillsExperienced in the areas of talent acquisition, retention & staff developmentCustomer service focusedProven ability to manage and perform in pressurised situationsStrong sales, marketing and PR focused front facing ambassadorCommercial and financial acumenInnovative and forward looking in the context of site developmentStrong leadership & organisational skillsStructured and goal oriented work approachAttention to detail: Sets and expects highest standards in all aspects of the site presentation and operation and leads by exampleStrong rapport with site staff, suppliers and customersResponsible for creating and maintaining a positive, respectful and stable work environment.Familiar with relevant Health & Safety and HACCP regulationsTrustworthy and discreetThis is full-time and permanent site-based position on a flexible five days over seven working arrangement.Salary and benefits negotiableMonread Fare is part of the Lidon Group which is a group of sister associated companies owned and run by members of the Fitzpatrick family who have been in business since 1954.The group operates across a variety of industries including motor dealerships, agricultural machinery and forecourt convenience and fresh food & beverage offerings.Monread Fare encompasses several food and beverage outlets including Chopped, Zambrero, Papa John's & Chicken Guys, Insomnia, Off Beat Donuts in addition to Spar convenience store and Texaco.Our approx.45 member friendly and helpful team is focused on delivering excellence in customer service with the aim to be a planned and unique destination of choice, offering commuters convenience with consistently high quality fresh food and facilities, all making for an excellent customer experience.At this time we do not require the assistance of recruitment agencies***#J-18808-Ljbffr
