Payroll Executive – Permanent Full TimeBWG Foods owns and operates the SPAR, EUROSPAR, MACE, Londis and XL brands in the Republic of Ireland, working in partnership with independent retailers with more than 1,000 stores serving local communities right across the country.The stores serve in excess of one million shoppers every single day.The wholesale division of BWG Foods also includes BWG Foodservice, Corrib Food Products and Williams Gate, as well as Value Centre and 4 Aces, our nationwide network of Cash and Carry branches.Due to the ongoing expansion of H2R an opportunity has arisen for a Payroll Executive.The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of multiple weekly payrolls using world class technologies to exploit opportunities for efficiencies.The responsibilities of this role include the following:Manage payroll process for multiple independent retailers and business as part of a Payroll Shared Service centreProcess necessary payments and deductions on a weekly basis as recorded in Employee CentralProcess payroll using Success Factors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll alongside supporting integrated technologiesManage payroll queries as they arise from independent retailersSupport retailers in managing data to ensure accurate payroll processingReview data to support and aid during the onboarding process to ensure accurate payroll processEnsure compliance with Revenue in all payments processedPrepare and make available relevant reports, payroll analysis and accounting processesAs required, process joiners and leavers in the systemThe candidate must possess the following attributes:Previous experience in ROI and UK payrollUp to date with relevant compliance e.g. PAYE Modernisation etcAbility to prioritise workload and to meet deadlinesExcellent numerical and mathematical skillsKnowledge of payroll software systems and/or strong computer skillsThe ability to handle confidential / sensitive informationThe ability work accurately with a strong attention to detailStrong organisational and administration skills with the ability to follow payroll processesTrustworthyCritical thinker within a fast paced environmentAdaptable to change, in order to achieve efficienciesThe ideal candidate will also possess the following:IPASS Qualification or working towards a qualificationAdaptable to varying payroll frequencies, timelines and processesExcellent communication skills (written & verbal)Works well as part of a team as well as working on own initiativeStrong communication skillsDesire and attitude of continuous improvementCustomer Service OrientatedExperience in SAP Success Factors EC and ECP system#J-*****-Ljbffr
