Responsibilities Include: Dealing with Guest Queries Management of guest luggage Managing guest admission Assisting the reception team General Porter Duties Requirements: Previous customer care experience is required Candidate must be reliable and flexible with working hours You must be legally allowed to work 40 hours per week Requires very strong communication skills, fluency in English is a must. Ability to work in a physically demanding job which includes regular lifting and a lot of walking. Must be able to regularly lift baggage and luggage.
