OverviewWinthrop Technologies is Europe's only dedicated data centre delivery partner, offering full turnkey solutions from design through to construction and commissioning.Headquartered in Dublin, we deliver projects across Europe and have become the most trusted name in our sector.We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our on-site team in Dublin 15.Reporting to the Commercial Manager.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for measuring work packages from drawings and applying rates to work up package pricingManage the project budget as directed by the Project DirectorManage relevant client communicationsCompile monthly reports in accordance with procedureAttend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetingsResolve client/subcontractor disputes effectivelyTimely submission of claims/notices in accordance with contract provisionsDocument cost changes to the work scopes and prepare monthly valuations and final accountsQualifications8+ years' experience in a similar roleBachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity SurveyingExcellent organisation, communication, and time management skillsAttention to detail and analytically proficientData Centre experience is advantageousBenefitsOpportunity to work with a Market Leader in the Data centre IndustrySupportive career developmentCompetitive salary packageCollaborative team environmentPipeline of project growthWinthrop Technologies Ltd are an equal opportunities employer#J-*****-Ljbffr
