Fitzone Supervisor

The Fitzone Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth running of all childrens birthday parties, camps and the Adventure Zone play area during the weekdays and weekends. You will work alongside the department manager and support supervisor. It is essential that the Fitzone Supervisor is friendly, outgoing, good natured and a welcoming person. They must be able to work as a team, as you will be working with a department manager and another supervisor. They must display a helpful and professional attitude and ensure they remain responsive to the needs of members and families at all times. This in turn should be reflected in the Fitzone Team. Key roles of the Fitzone Supervisor: Meet and greet all families coming in to attend a Birthday party or to use the Adventure Zone. Booking childrens parties and taking deposits. Ensure that staff is working to their best ability. Holding regular meetings with staff and providing regular training. Ensuring a safe and fun environment for children aged 4-12 years. Responsible for the upkeep of cleaning and maintenance requirements. Liaise with all departments. Dealing with parents and complaints in compliance with West Wood policies and procedures. Required to deal with accidents / incidents and ensure correct procedures are followed. Responsible for the upkeep of the kitchen in line with HACCP and HSE guidelines. Responsible for making the weekly roster for your staff on gate and parties. Ensuring that the stock room is fully stocked every week. Weekly reports sent to Department manager and General Manager. You must have good customer service for both adults and children Basic Excel and Word knowledge Must be organised and have good time keeping.
